VENUE

THE PROOF IS THE VENUE

The resort you'll be sitting in was bought with the exact strategy you came for

Robin Hood Village Resort is a 4.5 million dollar property on the Hood Canal. Christian bought it seller financed, with zero dollars out of his own pocket, back when he was early in this and had no real money to put in.

It's about the clearest proof there is that this works. And it's where you'll spend the whole weekend.

Christian Osgood

Christian Osgood

Founder, Multifamily Strategy

He gave himself three years to replace his wife's income in 2020 with two duplexes to his name, blew past 200 units inside that window, and owns more than 300 now across Washington and Texas. Business Insider wrote him up for buying 85 units without using his own money.

Cody Davis

Cody Davis

Multifamily investor & broker

He started at 19 with about 3,000 dollars from coaching gymnastics, bought his first 12-unit through seller financing, and built around 25 million in real estate before age 24, almost all of it without bank loans. His BiggerPockets episode on buying 81 units by 21 is one of the most-watched the show has run.

Eric Bubble

Eric Bubble

Investment advisor, Compass

The broker most of these students need on their side. He sells investment property across Washington and specializes in multifamily, self-storage, manufactured home and RV parks, and retail. He founded the Investment Sales Group inside Compass and spends his days underwriting deals and running 1031 exchanges.

Phil Toth

Phil Toth

Multifamily investor

Phil brings the discipline from his previous professions to multifamily. He was a professional rugby player in Australia, then a sailor for the U.S. Olympic team. Now as a member of the Multifamily Strategy mentorship, he turned $250,000 into $550,000 cash and $400,000 in equity on one deal, with a second deal on track to top it. Two life-changing deals in a single year, and he's not slowing down.

This covers the whole business,
not just one piece of it

Most creative finance events hand you one slice, how to find a deal, or how to fund one. This runs the entire thing start to finish, so you go home with the full model instead of a fragment of it.

The sessionno one else runs

On Friday we call real deals in your market, live, and you leave with leads in your phone

No other event does this. We pick real markets, pull up live listings on the big screen, and call brokers in the rooms you actually want to buy in, until one picks up. Christian goes first, then you do it from your own table. You walk out with real deals sitting in your phone, ready to chase the minute you get home.

WHERE YOU'LL STAY

This all happens in a cabin in the woods, not a ballroom off the highway

Each cottage at Robin Hood is its own freestanding cabin, most with a private hot tub and many with a full kitchen. Finish a day of sessions, walk back through the forest, and drop into your own hot tub with the creek running a few feet away.

Friday night concert under string lights at the venue

Friday night the whole room sits down to a catered dinner, then a concert in the tent. The canal is across the road with free kayaks, oysters at low tide, and trails.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

The things people want nailed down before they book

What is this event?

A one-time live coaching weekend on creative real estate, hosted by Christian Osgood at Robin Hood Village Resort on the Hood Canal. Two full days of teaching, plus a Thursday arrival and a Sunday morning planning session.

Who's teaching?

Christian Osgood hosts, joined by Cody Davis, Erich Bubbel, and Phil Toth. You get the operator, the broker, and the banker side of a deal in one room.

Do I need to already own property?

No. It works whether you're planning your exit from a W2 or you already own units and want to scale past what the bank allows.

Is the whole thing a pitch?

No. The two days are teaching, full stop. There's an optional next step offered for people who want to keep working with the team afterward, but the event itself is the entire model, taught start to finish.

What's the difference between the tiers?

Early bird and regular get you the full two days and everything that comes with them. VIP adds your cabin on-site for three nights, front-row seating, and the private Saturday dinner.

Where do I stay?

VIP includes your cabin. For the other tiers, on-site cabins are limited and booked separately, first come first served. If they fill, there are nearby options in Union.

When is it?

Thursday July 30 through Sunday August 2. You arrive Thursday evening and check out Sunday at 11.

How many people will be there?

100, max. The smaller room is the point.

Is he running this again?

No. It takes over the resort during peak season, so this is the only time it happens.

How do I get there?

Robin Hood Village Resort, 6790 E State Route 106, Union, WA. About 25 minutes from Olympia and an hour and a half from SeaTac.
