Christian Osgood is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, educator, and founder of Multifamily Strategy, best known for scaling an impressive multifamily portfolio using creative financing and relationship-based deal structuring. Over a period of just a few years, Christian has grown his portfolio to 300+ units across multifamily and hospitality properties through methods like seller financing, joint ventures, and private capital all while operating a property management company (Kensho PM) and producing content to teach others. On social media and YouTube, he openly shares deal walk-throughs, negotiation lessons, mindset advice, and behind-the-scenes challenges, advocating a “deal, debt, equity” framework and emphasizing terms over price in making win-win transactions.
